Nexis Studio phone assistant
Nexis Studio is a phone assistant for small offices in Croatia, such as dental and medical practices, law offices and repair services. When the office misses a call, the assistant answers it in Croatian, takes a message, answers the caller's questions from the office's own information, books appointments into the office's calendar and emails the office a summary of every call. Offices set it up and manage it in the Nexis Studio web app at app.nexistudio.dev.
The assistant speaks Croatian, and so does the web app. It tells every caller that it is an automated assistant and that the call is recorded.
What the assistant does
Answers from your information
The opening hours, services and prices you enter in the app. It says where an answer comes from, and does not guess what is not written there.
Books the appointment
It offers free slots from your calendar, books the one the caller picks and confirms it to them.
Takes a message
When the caller needs you in person, it writes down the name, the reason and the number, and you get the summary as soon as the call ends.
Flags urgent calls
Pain, a breakdown, a deadline or the word urgent: such a call is marked urgent in the summary you receive.
Does not advise or invent
It gives no medical or legal advice, and says that it is an automated assistant and that the call is recorded.
How it works
1. Sign up and add your office
In the web app at app.nexistudio.dev, enter your opening hours, services, prices and booking hours, and connect your calendar.
2. Forward the calls you miss
One code on your phone. Your number stays the same and there is nothing to install.
3. The assistant answers in Croatian
It answers, books the appointment and confirms it. You get an email summary of every call, with urgent calls flagged.
Pricing
The first 25 calls are free, for at most 30 days. You enter a card straight away, but nothing is charged until the free trial ends, and we warn you by email before that. If the assistant never starts working, nothing is charged. Setup is included. Cancel whenever you like. Prices are final, VAT is not charged. At 80 % and 100 % of your minutes we email you, so you can move to a larger plan. The assistant keeps working, with no automatic extra charge.

Signing in
Offices create an account in the web app at app.nexistudio.dev with an email address and password, or with Sign in with Google (the button reads "Nastavite s Googleom", Croatian for Continue with Google).
With Google sign-in, Google sends us only the basic profile of your Google account: your name, your email address, your profile picture link and your Google account ID (the full list is in the Privacy Policy). We use it only to create your account and keep it secure, and the app itself uses only your email address. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it. The details are in the section Google user data of our Privacy Policy.

How we handle personal data, including callers' data and Google sign-in, is set out in our Privacy Policy. Using the app is governed by our Terms of Service and Data Processing Agreement.
